Chinese police are seen beating Tibetans arrested following powerful demonstrations against Chinese rule that took place across the entire Tibetan plateau last year. The uprising began with Buddhist monk-led protests in Lhasa, Tibet’s capital to commemorate the anniversary of the original March 10, 1959 uprising against China's occupation.
